We make every attempt to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, even though our online store remains open, we observe the Jewish Sabbath and holiday times in our physical office. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Jewish holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped immediately upon our return. Occasionally, an item we sell is out-of-stock and we need to re-order the item. In these situations, we will contact you about the shipping delay. We apologize for such inconveniences and try diligently to prevent them from occurring.
Can you explain your shipping process?
Orders can only be shipped to one address at a time. If you want to buy two gifts to be shipped, the orders have to be placed separately. We use UPS as our preferred shipper and they cannot ship to a PO Box, so please include an accurate physical address. The following is our UPS ground rates which are based on retail total for the continental U.S.

We can sell any product wholesale that begins with an SKU that starts with the letter J. If you go through our web site and find products that you like, we can take orders for a minimum of 6, payment terms are up front, and you would pay for shipping.
